Couldn’t ask for a better room! It was immaculate and spacious, Bed was huge and TV was also a good size. The bathroom was very clean, not a spec of dust in sight.

Everything. Really nothing to complain about. Location very good for what we needed, staff super helpful especially the girl in the reception, 100% customer care. Very spacious and well equipped room, clean, comfortable, plenty spaces in the car park. Breakfast OK, many options and choices. Positively surprised, especially that British hotels don't usually give you any choice for breakfast apart from Full British one.

The room was spotlessly clean; breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and the staff in the dining area were extremely attentive and very, very pleasant. The evening meal was good too, again, lots of choice. The reception staff, Roy and Dana were very helpful at all times and dealt with all clients in a professional but friendly way.

Having previously stayed at this hotel a few years ago when it was The Derbyshire, we was already familiar with the great facilities this hotel boasts. BUT!! This hotel is considerably better than before! So much more modern and brighter. This hotel went above and beyond to ensure myself and my partner had a great stay. We was celebrating my partners birthday and they kindly left a card with a lovely message and 2 kit kats to enjoy. They also arranged for the bed to be decorated with towel swans and rose petals at such late notice! Absolutely amazing staff, they couldn't do enough! Even as they were closing the bar they still rustled us up some huge and tasty Tuna sarnies for a late night snack! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was so spacious and clean. Bed was super comfy! We can't wait to come back!!

As others have said, the leisure area is super, pool , jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. . Very friendly staff , some a bit young and inexperienced ( thanks Brexiteers) . Spacious room, recently refurbished, good shower , a fridge ( in one room but not the other?) Top room tip "deluxe" room means a refurbished one , I think standard wouldn't be so good Fabulous breakfast options , the whole range of continental and hot, really attentive lady on duty for breakfast. Free parking , Very close to the retail outlet park . We had paid for evening meal to be included and it was 3 courses . Excellent value .

Staff were very friendly. All greeted you with a smile on their face. Nice area to drink and eat. Nice pool area Nice selection for breakfast

Comfortable, clean rooms. Pleasant, helpful staff who appeared hard working. Nothing too much trouble. Good breakfast and dinner. Good location to visit national trust property, and surrounding attractions/shopping. Good value.

Fantastic hotel. Easy to find as just off junction 28. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. No matter who they were from cleaners to maintenance. Our room came with a massive flat screen tv with facilities to watch films from your mobile or laptop. Excellent leisure facilities which were free to use 😀 Food was delicious 😋 Would definitely recommend staying here 👍👍👍👍👍 There is a lovely designer retail centre just 4 mins drive away which is worth a visit. If you don't fancy eating at the hotel there's quite a few lovely pubs nearby.
